Shared Apartments
In our shared apartments, the students live together sharing the use of the kitchen and bathroom.
The apartments offered by the school are located in the centre or just outside the city center (max 20 min walking).
This accommodation is ideal for: those who want independence and a social life during their time living and studying in Firenze. It's perfect for young people (18-30), but our experience tells us that mature people find themselves easily uncomfortable with that pace of life.

Prices and Options:
• The prices listed above are indicative and subject to change depending on the location and the accommodation providers.
• All housing options are subject to availability, and early booking is recommended.
Availability:
• Housing check-in: Sunday afternoon before the start of the course, from 2 pm to 10 pm. An extra charge of 25 euros applies for arrivals after 10 pm.
• Housing check out: Saturday morning at the end of the course, until 10 am. Different arrival or departure days are only possible by special arrangements and at extra charges.
Extra night on arrival and departure:
• Extra nights of earlier arrivals and later departures can be reserved. Please contact the school for arrangements and for information on extra charges. Different arrival or departure days must be confirmed in writing.
• However, it is not possible to arrive earlier than the Saturday before the start of the course and to remain later than the Sunday after the end of the course.
Information on accommodation:
• Usually, 2 weeks before arrival, the school will forward the information of the accommodation provider. It will contain the address, phone numbers, bus connections, check-in and check-out information, housing policy and
guidelines.
• Important: all providers must be informed of the arrival time at least 4 days in advance.
• A double room reservation is only available for students who are accompanied by their friend/partner for the same time period.
Deposit:
• Some providers require a deposit which will be refunded upon departure, with the deduction of damages, repairs and cleaning costs, if needed.
City Tax:
• Some accommodation categories may be subject to Tourist (City) Tax. This is normally limited to stays of 7 to 14 days. This tax is not included in the above prices.
Nota bene:
- Accommodations are provided only in combination with booking a language course.
- Reservation of Hotels, B&Bs, Studios, Residences, Private (Holiday) Apartments, etc. should be made directly to the host/provider and well in advance
